I appreciated that with Oxford, the start of shift was well-before we were supposed to go live, which gave my team ample time to prepare. Communication was great. No complaints and I would be delighted to work with them again!

Oxford sent detailed instructions to make sure parking went smoothly, and expectations were clear on each position. This was a huge activation, and though there were many moving parts, the show went smoothly.

great at communicating, was told the event dates way in advance so i was able to plan and lock them in my schedule which many companies are not good at doing! Really understanding of being availible for questions and to help sort things out or reaching out if theres last minute changes
