Pepper Talent is great at communication and organized when it comes to the event. However, their pay rates have been going down YOY. In addition, they book you for positions you did not apply for that are less pay. They always pay on time though.

I love Pepper Talent. Very nice staff and I always got the information I needed in a timely manner. I knew exactly what my duties would be, where I had to go, and on-site contact info. Would definitely work for them again!

Pepper has always been one of my less favorite companies to work for. Disorganized, usually bad onsite lead. A lot of last minute events. Was told I be working with someone else, they no showed as usual, kit was to be on site, it was not, had to wait
