We are seeking experienced Market Managers / Leads to support a week-long experiential marketing activation in Dallas. This role is ideal for reliable, organized leaders with prior brand ambassador or event management experience who can serve as on-the-ground support throughout the activation. Key Responsibilities: Act as the on-site lead supporting the activation throughout the week Communicate clearly with brand ambassadors and the client team Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily operational flow Ensure brand standards, professionalism, and engagement goals are met Report any issues, updates, or feedback in real time Represent the brand in a positive, professional manner Schedule: Activation runs 2/24–3/1 Exact daily hourly distribution is still being finalized Total hours guaranteed: 44 paid hours per person Qualifications: Prior experience as a Market Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Brand Ambassador Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be proactive, self sufficient and work well in small teams as it will only be a team of 3 Must be local to Dallas TX
