Role Overview
We are seeking Activation Leads to support the Lowe’s Hometowns activation under the direction of the Market Manager. This role is ideal for experienced brand ambassadors or team leads who are confident working in a customer-facing environment and can provide strong onsite support.
Activation Leads will assist with customer engagement, application support, and daily operations while escalating issues and reporting through the Market Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Market Manager in operating the 10x10 activation footprint inside Lowe’s
Engage customers and explain the Lowe’s Hometowns grant program
Assist guests with the iPad-based video submission process
Ensure kiosks, supplies, and the activation area remain organized and presentable
Flag technical issues, customer concerns, or operational needs to the Market Manager
Help maintain a positive, professional brand presence inside the store
Schedule & Hours
TBD, Approximately 20 total hours during 2/24–3/1
Qualifications
Prior brand ambassador, event staff, or lead experience preferred
Comfortable engaging customers and explaining programs or processes
Tech-comfortable with iPads and apps
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to follow direction and support leadership onsite
Must be local to the assigned market or able to work locally
