We're looking for reliable, professional Talent Ambassadors to give on-the-ground support to our VIP Concierge team and keep every VIP experience smooth, secure and seamless during event appearances at a boutique hotel in downtown Charleston. The role centers on personal assistance, escorting VIPs to and from locations and handling logistics in real time, all with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Schedule (must be available for ALL dates): o Wed 10/21: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM ET, virtual training o Thu 10/22: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, onsite o Sat 10/24: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, onsite Pay: $40/hr Parking reimbursed or covered. Key Responsibilities: o Escort and accompany VIPs to and from scheduled appearances o Support the VIP Concierge team with on-site coordination and logistics o Anticipate and respond to VIP needs in real time (e.g., refreshments, privacy, schedule updates) o Ensure VIP comfort, safety and punctuality at all times o Maintain a professional demeanor and protect confidentiality at all times Essential Skills and Qualifications: o Experience in VIP-facing support roles, preferably in entertainment or event environments o Strong interpersonal and communication skills o Highly dependable, punctual and able to stay composed under pressure o Available ALL event days and times o Able to work closely with a team and take direction well Working Environment: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
