Looking for 5 outgoing and reliable BAs for an outdoor festival activation at Outside Days Festival! Preference will be given to candidates available all 3 days. Responsibilities: Handing out merch/samples Queue/line management Assisting with sweepstakes sign-ups Maintaining cleanliness and organization of booth area Engaging with festival attendees in a friendly, high-energy manner Ideal Candidates: Positive, energetic, and proactive Comfortable approaching and interacting with guests Reliable and punctual Festival, promo, or BA experience preferred Must be comfortable working outdoors in all typical festival conditions ⚠️ Please note: This is a FULLY OUTDOOR event You will be on your feet for the duration of the shift No travel or mileage reimbursement will be provided Please only apply if you are local and able to self-commute
