Looking for a rockstar PA/BA who can assist with the below job duties for a special event our client is sampling at. Our client is sampling at the UT Austin Homecoming on Sept 20th at the Tejas Room inside the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center. We are looking for someone who: -Has a truck or ability to borrow one -Can pick-up a pre-paid for freezer chest (small 3cu ft freezer) - PRODUCTION -Pickup Dry Ice - PRODUCTION -Pick up or receive a shipment of Ice Cream - PRODUCTION -Keep said Ice Cream frozen until event - PRODUCTION -Transport ice cream and freezer to event - EVENT -Set up our sampling area w/BA assistance - EVENT -Sample our client's ice cream, speak about it, tell its story and it's ties to UT Austin - EVENT -Break down after event, take home any remaining product as well as supplies/freezer - EVENT Pay is $40/hr for event hours, $30/hr for production items that occur prior to event day. Event Hours are ; 2:30P - 7:30P Production Hours are as needed, estimated 5hrs If you have what we are looking for we look forward to hearing from you!
