We are looking for a reliable and professional Lead Talent Ambassadors to provide on-the-ground support to our Talent Concierge team and ensure smooth, secure, and seamless experiences for our talent during travel and event appearances. This role is focused on personal assistance, escorting talent to and from locations, and supporting real-time logistics while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: ● Meet Talent Ambassadors at shift start, assist in locating meeting point and arriving on site on time ● Ensure Talent Ambassadors receive their breaks in a timely manner ● Fill in for Talent Ambassadors while they are on break ● Be on site liaison between Talent Ambassadors and Talent Concierge if needed ● Escort and accompany talent to transport locations for scheduled appearances ● Support the Talent Concierge team with on-site coordination and logistics ● Anticipate and respond to talent needs in real time (e.g., refreshments, privacy, schedule updates) ● Ensure the talent’s comfort, safety, and punctuality at all times ● Maintain a professional demeanor and protect confidentiality at all times Essential Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience in Talent-facing support roles, preferably in entertainment or event environments ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Highly dependable, punctual, and able to stay composed under pressure ● Flexible schedule, available ALL event days & event times ● Ability to work closely with a team and take direction well ● Experience leading or managing a team Working Environment: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. No phone zone/limited phone access. Several Shifts available: (Times may be subject to change) 11/13 10:30am - 4:30pm 11/14 8am -1pm 11/15 8am -1pm 11/16 8am -1pm $40/hr, W2, paid out Friday of the week following the event
