Male production assistant who is comfortable with: -Receiving and storing delivered assets in a local storage unit -Building mobile bar, and other assets -Picking up event needs like plants/rentals (most things will be delivered to them) -If needed supporting in simple event AV needs (connecting tv to power, computer to tv) -Assisting Brand Ambassador during show hours w/ replenishing supplies and samples There WILL be some upfront work prior to the event in October. Prior to Event Day we are expecting work to be roughly 8hrs between now and event day: -Open Storage Unit -Receive Assets -Inventory Assets -Moving items into/out of storage -Closing out Storage Unit Event Day duties include but are not limited to the following and we are expecting up to an 11hr day: -Set up Event Assets -Assist BA as needed during event hours -Break down assets -Ship out assets or return to a local warehouse (TBD) Must have a vehicle as items will need to be transported to/from event.
