Arrived at 10am and the production team was still setting up so we didn’t begin activating until nearly 1pm but were still on the clock. Team asked us to stay one hour past our scheduled time and then myself and another BA to stay an extra hour to help with break down.

The company did great setting me up with my sampled beverage. I liked that they had an account with the liquor store. I didn’t have the concern of making a purchase. Also the line of communication was always open and there for me if and when I had a question.

The event was amazing and fun, P10 was a fantastic company to work for, and great client to represent! I was paid electronically within days!
What can this company improve?
I kept getting texts from P10 asking me about whether or not another BA was on time or showed up to the event. Not being a team lead or field manager, I did not keep track of other BA's punctuality or whereabouts, so it was a bit awkward as I couldn't really answer.
