What an amazing event! Kudos to Noel for literally getting in the trenches with us in the most inclement weather! Rarely do I see the passion for not only the event, but her staff, that she demonstrated. She commands respect and she has earned it! I would jump at the chance to work for PPL again!
They provided food and beverages for employees throughout the whole event. Encouragement was also given to mascots the entire time to help keep spirits high. The amount of work wasn't overbearing and was split evenly between all of the mascots.
They were excellent when it came to communication, professionalism and making sure that everyone was made to feel like they were an integral part of the team.
This company is 100. They are very intentional when they add BAs. I say that in a good way. Noel, Maria and Diego are amazing, experienced leaders. Working beside them was truly an honor. The level of respect they have for their staff and clients is level 10+
If this company can improve anything I wouldnβt know. Personally the only thing I saw was them exceeding expectations for their client.
I enjoyed working w/PPL! I Met a few Intβl soccer Greats in the process!! Noel, Diego, & Maria were not local to Nashville; but quickly adapted well & met event demands. I greatly appreciated that we were provided a convenient scan code & parking garage! I look forward to working future events!!!
Everything was set up really professionally and Management was really nice. a great event and company to work with.
I liked that our leads who were also the owner (Diego) and director of staffing (Noel) were just as engaged with the guests as the BAs were engaged with guests. They weren't standing around giving commands.
This has been the absolute best experience- from the hiring process to the very end. Peter (with Inc 5000) and The PPl events managers Noel, Carlos, and Maria communicated effectively and were very efficient with delegating responsibilities.
1st event with thePPL. SUPER NICE on-site management with Noel & Maria! Meta gave us HUGE π burritos AND lunch of Thai chicken! Greeter in the morning, helped registration & was a room monitor. 12 hrs, had chair, shade & friendly BA team. π

This is an amazing company to work for. Diego is the owner of the company, and he was out working the event with everyone else like he was another BA. He cares about his staff. He made sure we had shade, food, snacks and parking. <3
