That was the most INTENSE event that I have ever worked. The staff of Pro Motion kept their cool and that was no small feat! I was very impressed by their professionalism and commitment to the client. The Dragon Ball pop up was a success!
What can this company improve?
Only thing I can recommend is if a start time changes and it is being relayed word of mouth, I would still follow up with an email stating the same information in writing. Might help with the BA's that were a little late.
