The 48th running of the BANK OF AMERICA CHICAGO MARATHON takes place on Sunday, October 11th, 2026. We need one (1) strong person on Saturday, October 10th to assist with an approximately eight-hour (8 hour) assignment setting up and tearing down 2 different spaces for Advocate Health at two Chicago Marathon events. Our PAY RATE is $28.00 an hour, PAID ELECTRONICALLY THE SAME DAY YOU WORK! Because of road closures, we can also reimburse you for either public transit (buses are great!) or Uber/Lyft (they may not get you very close to either location) if necessary to get you to work on time. Here's the schedule you will be needed for on Saturday, October 10th: Saturday, October 10th - Set-Up "Post Race Party" Location 11am - meet at Grant Park (Butler Field) for set up of a smaller 10x20 space. This will take 2 to 3 hours to complete. Grant Park - Butler Field (use Butler Field for GPS) 337 E. Randolph St. Chicago, IL 60601 Return on Saturday, October 10th for TEARDOWN THE PACKET PICK-UP LOCATION INSIDE MCCORMICK PLACE 2301 S. Martin Luther King Drive Chicago, IL 60616 Booth 316 North Building, Level 3, Hall B1 You must arrive before 5:30pm and be onsite (inside the building) on time to teardown an indoor PACKET PICK-UP AREA space previously set up. Expect 3 hours to complete and return to Manager's vehicle. After the PACKET PICK-UP LOCATION IS COMPLETED & SUPPLIES RETURNED TO THE MANAGER'S VEHICLE, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RETURN TO GRANT PARK - Butler Field TO STRIKE THE POST RACE PARTY LOCATION ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11th. Grant Park - Butler Field (use Butler Field for GPS) 337 E. Randolph St. Chicago, IL 60601 This should be completed in 1.50 to 2.00 hours. ID will be required to access both event locations where you will be working. 2.) Include your cell phone number with area code. You must also provide permission to include you in our Group Text Messages (GTMs) associated with this event. 3.) Provide your email address so we can pay you electronically after the event concludes. 4.) You must send us a head shot or selfie. We cannot use the Trusted Herd! profile pictures. You must send via email and text message. 5.) Please put "CHICAGO MARATHON" on the SUBJECT: or RE: line of your email to JAubry@pbapromos.com. AFTER you email JoAnn, you must TEXT HER your headshot/selfie to (609-685-3181) with a brief message like: "Hello, I'm _________(Provide your full legal name) and I can 100% commit to work the SET-UP & STRIKE DAY of OCTOBER 10th at the CHICAGO MARATHON.
