McKenzie, the booking agent, was great and she made booking so simple. I always have a great time when I work with PBA and this event was no different. Event management was amazing, communication on point from everyone. Another amazing event from PBA!

The owners are easy to communicate with. The events are paid in approximately 2 weeks. Events and clients are robust. They treat you like family (the good kind).
They are a bit old school. No portals. No formal booking agreements, just a virtual handshake with emails and texts. But they are trustworthy.
I had a super sweet booking agent, the team I worked with was lovely, and I had a blast at the event! Overall an amazing experience with the Mini Tour!!

We had a few hiccups with communication with a booking agent, but JoAnn (owner) helped to fix that and was very apologetic and professional. Very sweet and looks out for her BAs.
Event got cancelled but I respected the communication before and after and possible opportunities they said they’ll put me on!
