Quick and easy booking process. Based off actual experience so no lengthy interview/hiring process. Direct and concise expectations and requirements. Multiple event rundown emails sent leading up to the event. Communication was never an issue. Quick to respond. Tour managers were great too

This company has given me the run around on payment. I was told they run on a biweekly pay scheduled, didn’t get paid. Asked about it, was told because I worked late in the week I’d get paid the following week, still didn’t get paid. At this point I’ve gone with no response about payment.

They provided a well-known event platform, had a flexible tour manager, and gave clear product details. They also hired a talented team, including myself!
What can this company improve?
In five years as a top-notch brand ambassador, I’ve never had my professionalism questioned. While the tour manager followed up on my suggestions, the threats to my pay when I left were unprofessional. I hope future talent is treated with the respect I’ve earned elsewhere.

The staffing director, Mary, contacted me to ask about my availability after learning on short notice there was one no-show. I accepted immediately and arrived to the event within 15 minutes. Mary added I could complete my paperwork after my shift. She's the GOAT!
