WE NEED YOUR HELP! 2 Production Crew Members/Laborers Needed at Nashville Superspeedway Tuesday and Wednesday, May 26th & 27th, 2026 Work Hours: -- Tuesday, May 26 th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm -- Wednesday, May 27th from 8:30am to 3:00pm 11.50 hours total x NOW $30.00 an hour (up from $26.00/hour) pay rate. $345.00 Pay Day, if all hours are worked as scheduled. More Event Details: NASCAR returns to Nashville Superspeedway on the weekend of May 29th thru 31st, 2026. CRAFTSMAN Trucks will run on Friday; NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series runs on Saturday; and the NASCAR CUP Cracker Barrel 400 runs on Sunday. We are working with NASH IMAGING and Breztri (a COPD medication) as they highlight the impact COPD has on veterans. We need two strong workers who can follow directions while working safely. Part of the assignment will be to assemble an aluminum truss tunnel structure with 2 large LED screens inside of it. Some items like the LED screens require two people to carry and then hold the item in place while a third person (the Manager/Director) connects the LED Screen to its base. Both roles are heavy production. Expect to lift and move heavy things up to 75 pounds individually; load and unload trucks; carry supplies; and build specific items (with our Manager's direction). Assets will be used again so handling items with care is still important. If you can make the commitment to work both days on May 26th & 27th in Lebanon, Tennessee, we would like to put you to work. Are you strong, follow directions well, can lift heavy things up to 75 lbs. alone and know how to use basic tools (provided like screw drivers, wrenches and possibly electric drills? 6.) On the RE: or SUBJECT: line of the email you send to JAubry@pbapromos.com, please put “NASHVILLE SPEEDWAY CREW MEMBER" so it grabs our attention and we can contact you back if the positions haven't been filled. Second, and only AFTER you emailed JoAnn, please text her at (609)685-3181 your headshot selfie and a brief message like: "Hello, I'm ______________ (Fill In Your Full Name) and I have the skills and abilities to work on your Production/Labor Crew at the Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, TN. I am available and able to commit to work on Tuesday, May 26th from Noon until 5pm and also on Wednesday, May 27th from 8:30am until 3pm. I understand that if I work well with this team, I may be asked back to help with the event strike on Sunday, May 31st. My pay rate will be $30.00 an hour."
