Event Labor – Load-In/Load-Out Crew Crew size: 2 laborers Scope: Load-in and load-out for a brand activation in a 10x20 space. Brand's own staff will run the event; this crew is for setup and breakdown only. Load-In: 7:30am – 9:30am Arrive onsite at call time; two pallets will already be staged at the setup location Unload/unpack pallets and set up two tables with tablecloths and chairs Assemble two tents Install backdrop Position mannequin on podium Confirm placement with onsite brand contact before leaving Load-Out: 1:00pm – 3:00pm Return onsite at designated end time Break down tents, backdrop, tables, chairs, and podium/mannequin Repack all items onto the two pallets Secure pallets with plastic stretch wrap for transport Uniform Black shorts Black shirt (no logos) Clean shoes, mostly black or all black Requirements Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable with basic tent/structure assembly Reliable transportation to and from site Punctual for both load-in and load-out windows Pay: $250 flat per person, covering both shifts
