They were amazing at taking care of me in the road. My project manager and VP of Experiential were always there to help out. If there was a scheduling issue they were able to handel it. I was on the East Coast so my hotel was a bit more than other areas and they were able to take care of it.
What can this company improve?
Use their own staff to staff their tours instead of using of using an agency. That way they have more control over who they hire for management.
