They cheated me out of $86.61 and I've reached out to Ingrid via text and she's gone radio silent on me. So, Ambassadors need to be aware they promise to pay great, but they don't follow through. Can someone please reach out to me to figure out why I was short changed $86.61?

The communication in the beginning was excellent. This was a last minute opening and i took it due to availability and distance. The communication on the day of event was great.
What can this company improve?
The communication after the event was horrible. I texted the POC to let her know it was all done and when paperwork for payment will be sent over. I was told it would be email March 25 after having to text again. It's April 2 still no paperwork and communication has stopped via email and text.
