Was fun event overall. There were a lot of instructions and some last-minute uniform changes, but everything was communicated well. They sent plenty of confirmations through text and app notifications, the instructions were clear, and the representatives were easy to reach and speak with.

The main area to improve would be locking in details earlier so last-minute changes are less likely but assume is based on client so...

Shelby is a great account manager! Very kind and very thorough. With this event however, the client expected us to know very technical details about appliances and the training received from the client was not great. I’d work for the agency again, just not this client.
