The company was average to good on communication. The hours were long, 12 hours each day for 6 days. Not enough breaks throughout the day and BA's were not allowed to leave their station for any reason. We had to memorize scripts and pay not enough.

Team leads were great & professional for the conference, staff too for the most part. I wish I was told it was a directional gig prior but all went well. I like the agency conducts video interviews. Pays via WorkMarket. I would work with them again.
