They were available immediately when I encountered a manager who wasn't sure he wanted me to do the tasting that day. They came up with a work around that the manager was satisfied with.

Feedback after an event has been completed. They should offer their superior performers some kind of Bonus for high sales rates.

They are quick to respond to questions, etc. One thing that is VERY important to most BAs is that they provide a company Debit Card so I don't have to use my money to purchase supplies.

Feedback after an event has been completed. Superior tastings should be rewarded with some kind of Bonus pay.

They need to implement some kind of BA feedback after events. They should offer incentives to BAs who sell 4-5 items or more. They do not recognize excellent work in any way.
