About the Role We are hiring Onsite Event Managers in Los Angeles to support and oversee the smooth execution of corporate events. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in live event environments and can confidently manage logistics, staff, and client expectations on the ground. Responsibilities Act as the onsite lead during corporate events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Supervise event staff, vendors, and setup/tear-down operations. Manage timelines, troubleshoot issues in real time, and maintain a professional client experience. Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams onsite to deliver a seamless event. Oversee registration, guest flow, catering, AV, and other live event elements. Provide post-event feedback and reporting. Qualifications 3+ years of corporate event experience with hands-on onsite support. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in live event settings. Excellent communication and client service abilities. Ability to multitask under pressure and adapt quickly to changes. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during events.
