Outdoor wedding event at a private venue in Mountain View. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable staff for various roles: • Party Helpers: Assist with set‑up of tables, chairs, and decor; greet and direct guests; prepare cocktail hour food and drinks; move ceremony chairs to reception area; help set up dinner buffet; maintain cleanliness during the event; assist with dessert and popcorn machine stations; and help with breakdown at the end of the night. • Waitstaff (Server): Maintain buffet area during dinner, routinely refill guests’ wine glasses and water cups, and set up the dessert display. Help ensure guests are comfortable and dining areas remain tidy throughout the evening. • Bartenders: Set up cocktail hour bar service, then transition to the reception bar. Serve beer, wine, Champagne, and Aperol Spritz (no other cocktails). Keep the bar area stocked and tidy, refill water dispensers, and assist with dessert and popcorn stations. • Team Lead: Oversee the timeline and coordinate with the coordinator to ensure the event runs smoothly. Supervise and support all staff members, help with set‑up and breakdown, and be the point of contact for timeline adjustments. Uniform for all roles is a white button‑down shirt with black slacks. This is an outdoor event, so please wear comfortable footwear appropriate for grass/lawn surfaces. Please arrive on time and be ready to provide exceptional service for the couple and their guests.
