Family/Friends Reunion event on August 30, 2025 in Collingswood, NJ. Positions: • Team Lead (Griller) – 12:45 PM–6 PM. The lead will clean and prepare the grill, cook hamburgers and hot dogs from 12:45 PM – 3 PM, begin serving hot dogs and hamburgers at 1:15 PM, and continue until 3 PM. After grilling ends, clean the grill between 3 PM and 4 PM. At 4 PM the catered dinner will be delivered; the lead will assist with placing food on burners and serving guests. Please be ready to help where needed throughout the shift. • Wait Staff – 3 PM–8 PM. Servers will greet and direct guests, assist with buffet set‑up and serving, ensure that all food is served by staff (no self‑service), monitor portions and replenish dishes, clear tables and maintain the dining area, and help keep coolers stocked with water and beer. Servers should be attentive to the formal program scheduled for 4:30 PM and be ready to continue serving after it ends. Event details: • Location: 316 W Browning Rd, Collingswood, NJ 08107. Street parking is available. • Attendance: roughly 90‑100 guests, mainly outdoors under tents and on patio. A kids’ area and games will run from 3 PM – 4 PM, and music will be playing. • Drinks: water and beer will be available for guests in coolers. Servers may serve beer and wine but are not expected to make cocktails. • Dress code: Black button‑down shirt and black slacks.
