Staff Schedule and Duties:
6:45 AM: Staff arrive for setup.
Throughout the Event:
Greet and direct guests.
Pass out name badges at the registration table.
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Lunch break provided for staff.
3:00 PM: Event ends and staff shift concludes.
We’re Looking For:
Friendly and professional individuals
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Experienced in hospitality, guest engagement, or similar areas
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
Bonus: Any certifications (e.g., TIPS, Food Handler’s, etc.)
Dress Code:
Formal black shirt
Black long tie
Formal black slacks
Formal black shoes (closed-toe required)
Well-groomed, clean appearance
Parking: On-site parking available for staff.
Pay & Logistics:
Paid via Direct Deposit
Rate: $22 per hour
This is a W-2 position. Payment is made the following Friday.
