Arrive at 4:00 PM for setup. Guests arrive at 5:00 PM. During the event, assist with buffet setup and replenishment, clear tables, collect and dispose of trash, and ensure the area stays tidy. Serve beer and wine to guests; cocktails are self-serve. At 9:00 PM, begin final cleanup; event ends at 10:00 PM.
