Event Details Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025 Location: Rhodes St., Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 Setting: Outdoor – Backyard Guests: 35–45 Working Hours: 3:45 PM – 9:00 PM Staff Responsibilities Event setup and breakdown Refill and maintain buffet dinner and dessert area Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event Refill glasses and serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks Provide professional and attentive service We’re Looking For Friendly, professional individuals with strong communication skills Reliable and punctual with the ability to follow instructions Experience in hospitality, bartending, or guest services Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in fast-paced event environments Bonus: Certifications such as TIPS, Food Handler’s, etc. Dress Code Formal white button-down shirt, Formal black long tie, Formal black slacks, Formal shoes (flat shoes required due to turf/concrete surface) Long hair must be tied up Clean, well-groomed appearance Closed-toe shoes required Logistics Parking: Street parking available on Rhodes St. and 18th St. Two dogs reside on the property but will not be present during the event Pay & Employment Paid via Direct Deposit W-2 Position Payday: The following Friday after the event Rate: $22 per hour
