Private party at Ravenswood Historical Home in Livermore, CA on September 6, 2025. Seeking professional wait staff and a bartender for a casual event serving about 70 guests. Responsibilities: Wait staff will arrive at 1:30 PM to prepare and receive instructions. They will assist with buffet service beginning between 3:00-3:30 PM, monitor portions, replenish food as needed, clear used plates, keep the bar area tidy, and manage trash removal. The bartender will also arrive at 1:30 PM and may begin service at 2:30 PM, pouring beer, wine, champagne, soft drinks, and water. No cocktails or mixed drinks are served. The bartender must keep the bar stocked and clean and provide friendly service. Uniform: White button-down shirt with black slacks. If the weather is extremely hot, shorts are acceptable. Please be punctual and ready to work the full shift (1:30 PM – 6:30 PM). This is an easy-going event but requires attentive staff to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.
