Event Details Location: St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Address: 10915 Pigeon Pass Road, Moreno Valley, CA 92557 Date: Monday, June 23, 2025 Staff Hours: 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM Guest Count: 50–75 Setting: Indoor Parking: Church parking lot Staff Responsibilities Setup Set tables with provided tableware Fill glasses and pitchers with iced tea and water Assist with receiving and staging catered food (Old Spaghetti Factory) During Luncheon (Starting ~12:00 PM): Monitor buffet table while guests self-serve Serve drinks: water, tea, and coffee Keep glasses refilled Clear dirty dishes and rinse for rental pickup Monitor tables for cleanliness and refills Breakdown (Post Meal): Collect and box linens for laundry Clear and pack up centerpieces Handle general trash disposal Drinks Being Served Water Tea (including iced tea prep) Coffee Ideal Candidates Are: Friendly and professional Reliable, punctual, and attentive Experienced in hospitality, catering, or guest service Able to follow directions and work both independently and as a team Comfortable working in respectful, fast-paced environments Bonus: Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Handler’s, TIPS, etc.) Dress Code Formal white button-down shirt, Black long tie, Formal black slacks, Formal shoes Long hair must be tied back Well-groomed, clean appearance Closed-toe shoes required Pay & Logistics Pay Rate: $22/hour Paid via Direct Deposit W-2 Position Payment issued the following Friday
