Seeking Cocktail bartenders for a private event Event address: 15 Danamarie Lane, East Patchogue, NY 11772 (outdoor, 75 guests). Set-up begins at 6:00 PM; event runs from 7 PM to midnight. Theme: Beach Club. Uniform: white button down or polo with beige/khaki pants; branded apron supplied. Duties: learn and prepare two signature cocktails (The Oasis: Hendricks oasium gin, roasted pineapple, Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, garnished with juniper berries & grapefruit peel; The Closer: Italicus Bergamotto liqueur, brut champagne, sparkling water, garnished with Meyer lemon & fresh mint). Assist with mixing basic drinks, serve guests, maintain bar area, and help with beverage service. No tip jar (host will tip at end). Parking: limited street parking; staff may park around the cul-de-sac two houses down. Note: friendly small dog on site.
