Event Location: The Casino San Clemente, 140 W. Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA.
Job Overview: Provide professional wait staff service at a wedding reception. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the event space, greeting and seating guests, serving food and beverages during dinner service, clearing plates and bussing tables, maintaining tidy event areas, and assisting the event captain and other team members with any tasks that arise.
Skills/Requirements: Previous serving or catering experience preferred; ability to stand and walk for several hours; friendly and professional demeanor; comfortable carrying trays; and able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Uniform: Formal white button-down shirt, black bow tie, formal black slacks, formal black shoes; long hair must be neatly tied back.
Estimated shift hours: 5.25 hours (4:45 PM – 10:00 PM).
