Graduation Brunch – Party Helper needed Date: Sunday, June 15, 2025 Time: 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Endfield Way, San Jose, CA 95127 Responsibilities: Set-up and breakdown Greet and direct guests Serve mimosas upon arrival Support self-serve buffet Assist with putting food in/out of oven Set up food trays Keep pitchers filled (lemonade, tropical lemonade, water) Serve tea & coffee and help brew if needed Clear tables and maintain a tidy environment 🐾 Note: 2 dogs will be onsite, including a service dog. ♻️ Sustainability Note: Check with the client about compostable items and recycling—this is a sustainable event. Dress Code: Formal white button-down shirt, Black long tie, Formal black slacks, Formal black shoes Long hair must be tied up Well-groomed, clean appearance We’re Looking For: Friendly, professional individuals Reliable and punctual Able to follow instructions Experienced in hospitality or guest services Comfortable in fast-paced event settings Able to work independently and as part of a team Bonus: Certifications such as TIPS, Food Handler’s, etc. Pay & Logistics: Paid via Direct Deposit $22 per hour W-2 position Payment issued the following Friday
