Seeking a Party Helper for a semi-formal backyard birthday party in Atherton, CA. Shift is 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM on September 20, 2025. Responsibilities include: – Arrive by 12:30 PM to set tables and prepare the dining area. – Prepare the food table and warmers; receive food delivery and arrange buffet at 1:30 PM. – Start grilling BBQ at 1:45 PM; open the buffet at 2:00 PM for guests to serve themselves. – Finish grilling and begin clearing tables and cleaning at 3:00 PM. – Assist with cutting and serving cake/dessert around 4:00 PM. – Clean up from 5:00–5:30 PM, pack leftovers, and dispose of trash. The helper will monitor the buffet and ensure tables and the area remain tidy. Serve non‑alcoholic beverages (water and soda); no food service needed as it’s a self-serve buffet, and no cocktail service. Uniform: black button-down shirt and black slacks. Outdoor backyard event; no pets on site.
