Assist with event set-up and oversee activities for a private gathering of 18 guests. Responsibilities include arranging tables and serving areas before guests arrive, keeping prepared hot food fresh and well-presented, pouring wine and beer for guests starting around 4:45 p.m., monitoring and replenishing food and beverage stations, and clearing and cleaning at the end of the event. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the shift. Uniform: black button-down shirt and black slacks.
