Reliable Payment: I was paid for all hours worked exactly when they said I would be. Scheduling: The hours are consistent for a gig, and there is an option to pick up more work if desired.

What can this company improve?

- **Onboarding/HR:** Overhaul onboarding personnel/processes (current setup caused delays and repeated back-and-forth for basic information). - **Training:** Streamline and standardize training so expectations, product info, and sales flow are clear before day one.

Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that you missed the original training, called out, and did not complete your scheduled shifts, leaving the team short-handed during the event. it’s essential that all team members attend training and fulfill their scheduled shifts to support the team.

dont promise people a bonus pay if 20k goal reached and dont follow thru or only offer it to selective people and team has no communication as to who's entitled.
