Brent was amazing, easy to communicate with and paperwork for payment and recap took maybe 5 minutes to fill out. Communication of item sampling, break down, recap example and links, as well as what to expect for sampling promotion was spot on. Paid immediately with reimbursement for product.

What can this company improve?

No areas of improvement, they would be someone to actually look at partnering with on communication, overall attention to detail, as well as speed of payment.
