Poor communication and support. The admin lost my personal banking info for payment. When I asked why it was lost I was replied with, "We dont have any info..if you would like to be paid..complete your dd info"

The lady I was booked by was a bit rude on the phone. The instructions they sent me through popbookings was confusing. Whenever, I tried to send a message asking for clarification, they never responded to it.
