Events are great, biggest downfall is how long it takes to get paid
Communication is always good, as lead I'm always provided with clear instructions.
Honestly not sure if we HAD a Lead. A BA who's BEEN a Lead w/Agency before stepped up w/no extra pay to make sure we got (small) breaks at all, in extreme heat, breathing in car fumes/allergens, and forgotten about by onsite Booking Agent.
Great company when managed by Frannie! She is a pleasure to work with. Fun team fun event! Can’t wait for this year!
Events always run smooth. I'm provided all the gear in a timely manner. If I need to replace someone because of a no show, Matt handles it quickly and stays in contact until complete. It's a pleasure working with this group.
Good communication, event was as described everything was shipped and ready to setup. Love working with them.
I worked 24hrs for them through the weekend and only got paid for 22 and they said they would reimburse parking and stiffed me on that as well. I have emailed them and invoiced them with no response. I am still trying to get paid by them.
