One thing the company did really well was communication. The supervisors and leads regularly checked in and stayed active in the group chat, which kept everyone informed. The job description was accurate, and the team was supportive and helpful, creating a very positive experience overall.
What can this company improve?
One area the company could improve is clearly communicating the exact work location beforehand. I initially thought we would be working inside the arena around the basketball game, but was directed to the convention center instead. Clarifying this in advance would help set expectations.
