Street Factory Media is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to support a beer brand activation at a concert in Virginia Beach. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with consumers, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating memorable brand experiences. Responsibilities: Verify guest IDs and ensure participants are 21+ before beer sampling. Assist with beer sampling and track sampling tokens. Manage lines and guest flow at interactive games and activation elements. Distribute branded merchandise and promotional items. Take photos of guests participating in the activation. Assist guests with completing waivers as needed. Educate attendees about the brand and activation experience. Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging presence throughout the event. Support event setup, breakdown, and general activation needs as directed. Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous brand ambassador, promotional marketing, hospitality, or event experience preferred. Friendly, energetic, and comfortable approaching and interacting with consumers. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be comfortable working in a concert and event environment.
