This was my first time working with SFM and I am very pleased to work with them. Ali and Eli were approachable, professional and communicative. They took care of us by providing the needs we needed to be ready to work. Event was fun and executed smoothly. I would love to work with them again.

Culinary Team Leads Charlotte and David (3rd party seperate from Street Factory) The crew hired was an amazing team of people willing to fill in or switch around wherever needed. The Experience was great. There was a Water and snack stash

1. Check in was confusing and disorganized 2. Shirts were disorganized 3. Training Start was delayed 4. Communication between Leaders was disconnected 5. Transportation Miscommunication 6. Lack of onboarding Communication 7. Dress code was not enforced, beyond footwear.
