Street Factory Media is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Setup & Strike Crew members to assist with the installation and breakdown of a branded activation at a concert in Virginia Beach. Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading activation materials and equipment. Set up tents, tables, signage, games, merchandise displays, and other activation elements. Move and organize event assets as directed by the event lead. Ensure activation areas are clean, organized, and event-ready. Assist with packing, dismantling, and loading all activation materials following the event. Follow setup diagrams, instructions, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with event staff and crew members throughout the shift. Perform general event labor tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous event setup, strike, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Must have reliable transportation to and from the event site. This position is ideal for individuals with event production, staging, festival, or experiential marketing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
