Staff are friendly and professional. On-boarding and communication were awesome. Reporting requirements were simple and reasonable.
I would suggest improved coordination between the agency and store managers. I contacted the store a few days prior and was told that only 3 units were in stock. I was advised to sample as scheduled. Product sold out within minutes. Consumers disappointed that none were available to purchase.
I’ve worked for this company before in Texas, and I’m so glad they’ve been expanding to other states. This time, I had the chance to work with them here in Colorado, and I just love the communication, the attention to detail, and how easy everything is. I truly appreciate this company so much

Their scheduling system is easy to use. I always call the store to be sure the tasting is scheduled and taking place. I got a reminder email that I was booked for the event.
I was told to front my personal money to buy the product and ice and cups. I was told I’d be paid via Venmo that day and to text a copy of the receipt. As of May 23, I have yet to be paid. I texted Sana and she said I’ll look into it. To front product and not be paid is not nice.
They communicated extremely well as far as where I would be going, hours, and product information. I received phone calls and text messages with tips and instructions.
Knowing when I'll get paid. I understand they said approximately 30 days, but is that 30 days from the date of each gig performed?
There was a lot of people that we were able to text/call for any questions/help. They were on top of everything, I would say this was literally the best event & company I’ve worked with. They know how to have fun!
