One of the best teams I’ve had the pleasure of bartending with. Management was organized, communicative, and genuinely cared about both the staff and the guest experience. The LAFC Venice Beach watch party and after-party were a blast—I’d happily work with this crew again!

Jeremy with Sweet & Chilli was WONDERFUL to work with! Communication is on point, he takes care of his staff, gave all proper instructions/training manuals in a timely manner, pay was great and he was excellent to work alongside onsite! Highly recommend Sweet & Chilli !!

After a previous nightmare of an experience, I was nervous about returning to F1. The Sweet & Chili team was fantastic from start to finish, getting all the information they could to us as it was given to them. Flexible on site management. Quick pay
