The company always provides products to be sampled prior to the event, or has them delivered to the store. Cups are also provided, and the only out of pocket expense is typically ice. I'm reimbursed along with my paycheck and I've never had to worry; payment is consistently on time.

What does this company do well?

All supplies for the tasting were prepared ahead of time, and available on location before the event. Kevin consistently provides open communication regarding events, and he will respond in a timely manner when questions arise before, during, and after events.
