We are booking for an exciting fan-facing brand activation at the Men’s Final Four in Indianapolis. This experience includes photo moments + giveaways with a focus on confidence—and we’re looking for outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassadors who love bringing energy to big events. Event Details: Event: Men’s Final Four Fan Activation (photo moments + giveaways) Location: Indiana Convention Center Address: 100 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225 Dates & Hours Friday, April 3: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM Saturday, April 4: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM Sunday, April 5: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM Monday, April 6: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM *We are prioritizing candidates who can work the full event run so please let us know what dates you are available for when you apply. Paid Training (Required): Training: Tuesday, March 31 (evening) — exact time TBD, most likely 5pm What You’ll Be Doing: Welcome fans and keep the activation area high-energy + organized Encourage participation in photo moments and manage light crowd flow Hand out giveaways and help maintain inventory Communicate brand messaging around confidence in a natural, friendly way Support the team lead with set-up, reset, and keeping the space photo-ready Represent TH Experiential and the brand with professionalism throughout the event Who We’re Looking For: We want a mix of men and women and a diverse group of talent. Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching people Professional, punctual, and reliable (this event is fast-paced) Sporty vibe is a plus (played sports, athletic background, etc.) — not required Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift light items (giveaway materials) Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Uniform: We’ll be ordering shorts + a jersey for everyone. ✅ Please include your shirt size + shorts/waist size in your application as soon as possible.
