They were very understanding and helpful when one of the people from "It's a 10" haircare line event was disrespectful and unprofessional (Her name was Nicole) Ginny, who was the one who hired me, was very sweet and apologetic about the whole thing and gave me reassurance that this wont happen again

This was my first time working with TH, and hopefully more events to follow. Ginny hired me and was in constant communication the week of. She even sent a "How did it go?" text after the event. Alanna was onsite and great to work with. She made sure the event ran smoothly and staff was taken care of

My first time working w/ this company was a great experience overall. The event and event prep was very well coordinated. I appreciate that they communicated and confirmed my booking well ahead of time. I also appreciate that they decided to keep the backup BA to help with the crowd.

They produced a fantastic event, well organized and planned in a beautiful environment (The Public Hotel), creating a memorable event greatly enjoyed by the influencer attendees. They let all 3 of us who worked the event know that we did a great job and our efforts were very appreciated.
