We are seeking three experienced Event Production Assistants to support a confidential national automotive brand event in Nashville. DATES & ESTIMATED HOURS • November 6: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM (approximately 9 hours) • November 7: 7:00 AM–8:00 PM (approximately 13 hours) • November 8: 7:00 AM–12:00 AM (approximately 17 hours) Applicants must be available for all three dates and understand that event schedules may shift based on production needs. RATE $28 per hour/$35/hour for overtime hours worked after 12 hours RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the production team with event setup, load-in and load-out • Move, organize and distribute event materials, equipment and supplies • Help maintain organized backstage, storage and production areas • Run on-site errands and respond quickly to requests from producers • Support event operations throughout each shift • Assist with breakdown, packing and final venue cleanup • Follow instructions carefully and maintain a professional attitude during long, fast-paced production days REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Previous professional experience working as a production assistant at live events, brand activations, experiential events, festivals, corporate events or similar productions • Brand ambassador or promotional experience alone does not meet this requirement • Must understand production etiquette, chain of command, call times and the physical demands of load-in and load-out • Must be dependable, punctual, proactive and comfortable taking direction • Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely lift and carry up to 40–50 pounds • Must have reliable transportation to and from the event location, including during late-night hours • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States This is an independent-contractor position.
