We are hiring six experienced Event Production Assistants to support a confidential national automotive event at Pima County Fairgrounds – Thurber Hall in Tucson, Arizona. AVAILABLE ASSIGNMENTS Load-In Team – 4 PAs • October 23–24: 7:00 AM–8:00 PM each day Event Team – 2 PAs • October 25–29: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM each day • October 30: 9:00 AM–10:00 PM Load-Out Team – 2 Additional PAs • October 30: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM Rate: $30 per hour for all hours worked. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, load-in and load-out; moving and organizing materials and equipment; maintaining production and storage areas; running on-site errands; supporting producers throughout the event; and helping with breakdown, packing and final cleanup. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Applicants must have previous professional experience working as a production assistant at live events, experiential activations, corporate events, festivals or similar productions. Brand ambassador or promotional experience alone does not meet this requirement. Applicants must be punctual, dependable, proactive, comfortable taking direction and able to work long, physically active shifts. Candidates must be able to remain on their feet for extended periods, safely lift and carry up to 40–50 pounds, and have reliable transportation to and from the venue.
