Seascape Festival | Brand Staff We are looking for a strong, consistent team of Brand Staff to support the Seascape Festival in Miramar Beach, Florida across three activation weekends. This is not a single-day opportunity. If you apply, you are confirming that you are available and committed to the full program schedule. Program Schedule September 30: 3:30 PM–10:30 PM October 1: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM October 2: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM October 3: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM October 8: 3:00 PM–10:30 PM October 9: 1:00 PM–10:30 PM October 10: 1:00 PM–10:30 PM October 23: 1:30 PM–11:00 PM October 24: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM October 25: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM What We’re Looking For: We need experienced, dependable Brand Staff who can: - Commit to all three activation weekends - Stand and remain active for 8+ hours - Work comfortably outdoors for extended periods - Maintain strong energy throughout long event days - Follow direction from onsite leadership - Respect managers, teammates, and client partners - Arrive on time and fully prepared - Maintain a professional, positive brand presence - Work well within a consistent team environment This program requires stamina, professionalism, flexibility, and a team-first attitude. We are intentionally building one consistent team for the full program, so reliability and full availability will be heavily considered when selections are made.
